Omaha Lancers

Adam returns to Omaha this season after skating in 56 of the team’s 62 games last season, tying for the seventh-most game played among Lancers forwards.

Isra­ilov shined on the power play, tying for the third-most goals on the man advantage among Omaha skaters with three. His five power-play assists also tied for the fourth-most among Lancers. Israilov recorded the fifth-most points (30) on the team and was one-of-nine Lancers with double-digit goals (10).

Israilov announced himself immediately in his USHL debut, earning the primary assist on Omaha’s first goal of the season before scoring a power-play goal. His tally was the first of overcoming a two-goal deficit en route to a 5-4 victory Sep. 18 vs. Green Bay. It would be his first of eight multi-point games. Israilov recorded his first career multi-goal game Jan. 16 vs. Des Moines. He scored in three straight games Dec. 5, 6 and 10.

Israilov hit his stride late in the season with addition of his fellow countryman, Artem Prima. From Prima’s Feb. 21 debut on to the end of the season, Israilov recorded 14 points (2+12) over his final 16 games while primarily skating alongside Prima on a line that also featured Yegor Kim. Israilov finished his first USHL campaign on a heater, picking up 10 points (0+10) over his final 9 games with at least one point in seven of those contests.
